RULES:

  1. All entries must be placed in the Exhibit Tent on Thursday before fair weekend between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm or Friday between 8:30 am and 11:30 am.
    Entries arriving after 11:30 am on Friday will not be accepted.
  2. All roots and garden produce must be grown during the present year on land occupied by the exhibitor.
  3. Prizes will be awarded according to merit. No prize will be awarded for exhibits deemed to be of poor quality.
  4. First-time exhibitors must mark their entry tag with a red dot (provided).
  5. Exhibit classes are open to Wellington County residents only.
  6. Exhibits in Classes 37 and 38 must be removed Sunday between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm by the exhibitor only.
  7. Tomatoes are considered a fruit and should be entered in the appropriate class.
  8. Exhibits will be disqualified if the correct number of items specified in the prize list is not displayed.
  9. Only one entry per section per exhibitor is permitted.
  10. Please display entries on a neutral-coloured paper plate unless otherwise indicated. No plastic bags permitted.
