The Fergus Agricultural Society is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated under the Agricultural and Horticultural Societies Act of Ontario and governed by a volunteer board of directors reporting to the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (OMAFA).
