Exhibitor Instructions: 

Register online using AssistExpo. If you are unable to register online, please print this form and bring it with you to registration. 

Exhibits are accepted on the Thursday evening (7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) or Friday morning (8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) before the fair opens. Bring your entries into the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex Hall during these times and volunteers will be there to help you. 

All exhibitors (including those who registered via AssistExpo) are asked to check in at the registration table.

Exhibitors will pay a $6.00 entry fee by cash, debit or e-transfer. This fee is waived for exhibitors 15 years of age or under entering primary and junior sections of Class 49 (Art), junior sections of Class 51 (Photography) or Class 53 (Youth). 

Exhibitors who pay the entry fee will receive a coupon for $6.00 off admission.

First time exhibitors will be identified by a red sticker on their entry tags. These stickers will be available at the registration table.

Exhibit Hall and Exhibit Tent entries require entry tags. Tags are available for pick up at Brighten Up – Fergus, Ennotville Garage, Geddes’ Garage,
Elora Information Centre and Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex or can be filled out upon arrival. 

Exhibitors can pick up entries on Sunday between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. Handicraft exhibitors must bring a copy of their entry form to claim their exhibits.
