Rules:
- All entries to be placed in the hall on Thursday before Fair weekend between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm or Friday between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. Entries arriving after 11:30 am on Friday will not be accepted.
- First time exhibitor shall place a red sticker (provided by the fair) on each entry tag.
- Class 45 and 46 (with exception of pies and cakes) to be removed between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm on Sunday by exhibitors only. Exhibitors must bring their pink sheet to cross reference with tags. We also ask exhibitors to sign for any gifts they have won from the special classes.
- Class 46 Baked goods - All pies and cakes to be picked up Friday night between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. A slice of each will be displayed instead of the whole exhibit.
- Specialty classes only - where you are to provide a box/container of product used, exhibitor number to be written on the item or securely fastened to the exhibitor tag.
- All jars to be sealed with NEW LIDS and NEW RINGS where applicable.
- POINTS SYSTEM - 1st - 5 points, 2nd - 3 points, 3rd - 2 points

CLASS 45 Canned Goods
Rules:
- Exhibitors must use NEW LIDS and NEW RINGS for canning jars. All jars be submitted with rings.
- Entry tag to be attached around the neck of the jar with an elastic band.
- Label with name of item and date of processing (has to be with in the current fair year of September 2025-2026) must be attached to the jar, not the lid.
- Please use specified jar sizes only; otherwise entry will be disqualified.
- Items can only be entered once.

CLASS 46 Baked Goods
Rules:
- All bread and rolls in new zipper seal plastic bags.
- All other baking, new zipper seal plastic bags and disposable plates.
- No commercial mixes or pie fillings.
- Tags to be fixed to the outside of bags.
- No warm baking will be judged.
- Maximum size of cakes to be 9"x9".
- First time exhibitors - please place a red sticker (provided by the fair) on each entry tag.
- All bread to be made using conventional method except for section 9 (Bread maker bread).
- All pies and cakes to be picked up Friday night between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. A slice of each of each will be displayed instead of the whole exhibit.
